Shouldn't the legal justice system take care of punishment of players, period?

The NFL shouldn't be suspending players for anything but activities related to football.

If a drug is deemed unethical, as cheating, for its performance abilities, and a players uses it, he or she would be suspended.

If a drug is merely illegal, the player shouldn't be suspended, because we already have a government who takes care of punishing people who commit crimes.

Employers shouldn't care what you do on your off hours, except how it effects performance of the job.
