In his interview with Wolf this morning, Ron was asked how much he expects to raise total in Q4, and he said something along the lines of:

We'll be way over our goal of $12 million. We run our tab minute-by-minute on our site. At this rate, we could get $14 or even $15 million - it's astounding!

Sorry, Ron, but you're wrong. $14 or $15 million? Come on - you know us better than that. If we *tied* with Nov. 5 on Dec. 16, and didn't raise another penny, we'd hit $14.5 million. We're going to blow any goal he has out of the water.

We're going to prove Ron Paul wrong (satirically) and everyone else wrong (seriously) by December 31st. We'll show them how strong our grassroots movement is, and we'll grow throughout January, as we impress them with good standings in the early primaries, and the final blow will happen on February 5th.

It's unbelievable that we actually have a chance to pull this thing off and get Paul the nomination. I was talking about Paul to someone at work the other day, and he mentioned that Huckabee had absolutely no chance of winning the election, unlike Paul. And this is from someone that's grown up in Huckabee's state!

We will truly show the world the power of the people.

Well he probably wants to understimate because if he over does it, they will say he's a failure

I'm going to play it conservatively and guess 6.000.000, last time I guessed 2,000,000 so I hope I'm wrong again!

Yeah, I know - and I don't blame him at all. But that doesn't mean we can't turn it into some good ol' satire. :D

Paul was being smart there. I'm sure he himself knows that it will be more than $15 million. He's setting everything up to exceed expectations. Everyone is already reporting that we will definitely make the $12 million goal. Everyone will report after we break his own $15 million goal. I don't think we will have any problem exceeding that goal.

If Dec 16th lives up to the hype, I think we'll be hitting 17 or maybe even 18.

18 is really going to turn a lot of heads.

Smart on the part of RP, he's a tremendous PR guy.
As I said over a month ago we will end up Dec at 25 million.

It would be sweet it we could hit an even 20 mil. I'm giving a lot more than I did on the 5th. Hopefully a lot of other folks do to.

I think that 18 is possible, but I am hoping for 20 :) That would be HUGE.

Speaking of which, I was happy in the second quarter when we raised 2.4 million.

I also vote $20 million total, but I'm REALLY glad that RP set it to $15 million. It covers our ass easily.

Yeah I pledge to give more than 2x's what I gave on the 5th.

And that inclues having given on the 11th the 28th and th 30th again, all of which I was NOT originally planning on

All I can say is my monthly expenses just went down pretty significantly and even though it won't impact my take home pay until the 1st of the year I also received what will be a very nice bump in salary....so....despite the Holiday expenses, I can 'justify' all the extra donations.
