The absurdity of actually declaring war on ISIS blows the mind for so many reasons. But hey at least it would be constitutional. The Constitution doesn't protect against absurdity.

I agree but I would prefer it this way. This is the process setup by our founders and I would be happy to see it followed. It will also serve as a list for the American people. We will know who to vote out once the war in Iraq goes wrong just like it has the last few times.
