I think Karl Rove may be a victim of wishful thinking when he perpetuates the media’s created notion that Obama has no strategy. Let us consider for a moment the fact that Obama’s strategy from the very beginning of his presidency was stated by him to be a fundamental transformation of America. In his mind that could have meant to weaken America in every way imaginable, embolden America’s enemies and to destroy America from within. Is this really that farfetched when Obama’s political career began in the living room of Bernardine Dohrn, the wife of Bill Ayres, both of whom were members of the terrorist organization known as the Weather Underground which declared war on the United States during the Vietnam War? And then there is Valerie Jarret, who has “served as the godmother of Barack Obama’s political and personal life”, who now has her own Secret Service detail to protect her, and whose family has long been a prominent part of Chicago’s Communist Party! What a better way for Obama and Co. to hide their strategy by saying something as stupid as 'We don't have a strategy yet' (http://www.cnn.com/2014/08/28/world/meast/isis-iraq-syria/index.html)? The predictable response by our media, especially by Obama’s haters is, “incompetency”, “in over his head”, and as Karl Rove put it “Obama has no strategic view”.
I hate to disagree with you Mr. Rove, but the fact is, the rise of ISIS is not an accident! Its arsenal was made available by the Obama Administration who decided to pull all U.S. troops out of Iraq, leaving that arsenal to be taken over by ISIS which, at the time, was nothing more than ragtag insurgency. And you think Obama has no long term strategy? You assume his strategy is not to destroy America and strengthen her enemies.
You would do well, Mr. Rove, to consider what Obama has already accomplished in his fundamental transformation of America.

We have a group of domestic enemies who have managed to gain political power and whose mission is in fact to bring “change” to America ___ the dismantling of our military defensive power; the disarming of the American Citizen; the allowance of our borders to be overrun by foreign invaders, the diluting of our election process by allowing ineligible persons to vote; the circumvention of our Republican Form of Government by Executive Orders; a continual attack upon the right to freedom of speech and a free press; the weakening and destruction of our manufacturing capabilities by tyrannical regulation; the transferring of America’s weapons of defense and military technology to hostile foreign nations and enemies; the strangulation of our agricultural industry and ability to produce food under the guise of environmental necessity; the infringement upon the American People’s inalienable right to make their own choices and decisions regarding their health care and medical needs; the intentional sabotaging of our nation’s health care delivery system, the taking of private property for purposes other than a “public use” as limited by our federal Constitution; the use of federal taxing powers in a manner unauthorized by the legislative intent of our Constitution, and particularly violating the rule of apportioning “direct“ taxes; the interference with our ability to develop our natural resources, namely oil, coal and natural gas to fuel our economy; the looting of both our federal treasury and an unconstitutional federally mandated retirement fund; the brainwashing of our nation’s children in government operated schools; the trashing of our nation’s traditions and moral values; the creation of an iron fisted control unauthorized by our written Constitution over America’s businesses and industries; the devaluation of our nation’s currency by Federal Reserve Notes, a worthless script, having been despotically made a legal tender for all debts public and private, and, the future enslavement of our children and grandchildren via unbridled debt and inflation, not to mention an iron fisted government which intends to rule their very lives!
