Judge dismisses Chris McDaniel's Mississippi Senate election challenge

Ruling on a contest once seen as a test of Tea Party clout, Special Judge Hollis McGehee found that McDaniel waited too long to file an initial complaint with the state Republican Party.

“The undisputed facts are that McDaniel filed his complaint 41 days after the date of the election,” McGehee said, speaking from a Gulfport courthouse. “The law requires it to be done within 20 days.”

How campaign-election felony fraud is allow to continue, but when both the Republican and Democratic parties forget to submit their candidates on time, well, that's A-okay.

This country's governments at all levels are nothing but deception and fraud.

20 days to file but it takes 20 days just to get the paperwork from the elections offices to even begin to prove the fraud. Appeal the decision and make a huge stink about it.

They really do have this vote fraud scheme covered from every angle.

They dragged out a retired judge just for this. Someone that's not in danger of losing an election over the decision. Old boys club in action. I imagine Thad and Hollis are enjoying a fine brandy together tonite to celebrate.
