Twenty years of court cases in a continuing saga.

Utah trial centers on FBI’s Oklahoma City bombing records (http://www.sltrib.com/sltrib/news/58211323-78/trentadue-fbi-bombing-building.html.csp)

The suit claims the FBI failed to conduct a search reasonably calculated to locate all records in the agency’s possession. Trentadue is asking for an order allowing him to search for videotapes and documents at FBI locations, including field offices in Oklahoma City and Los Angeles, and requiring the agency to produce the records he requested.

Trentadue said there is more at stake in his legal battle than justice for his brother. The case will not only hold the government accountable for its actions, he said, but also set a standard for the right of the public to know what its government is doing.

From WaPo story

.Trentadue wasn’t the only one asking tough questions of FBI witnesses. The judge at one point asked Mitchell why the FBI never responded to a letter from Trentadue asking about a video that seemed to be incomplete.

“You basically did nothing?” Waddoups asked.

“We did nothing because we were confident in our search and what we located,” Mitchell said.

Gotta love hillbilly justice. Jesse Trentadue has spent nearly twenty years fighting FBI obfuscation over his brothers death. No doubt that someone thought Kenny was just another dirt bag behind bars that no one would care about. They forgot about tenacious hillbilly kin.

These are the times when you ask for some divine intervention. Whether it be court justice or ultimately street justice.

And people wonder why this villains keep being recycled and promoted. ;) You just don't let anyone run the DOJ since there are 'treasures' to be guarded.

And before all of this was Nixon's secretary, Rose Mary Woods, losing some famous audio. If you want a good (or sad) laugh, then do an internet search or internet image search on the infamous "Rosemary Stretch."

Maybe the NSA can find the missing info. But then again, I really do kind of doubt it, in the historic ineptitude and incompetence of government finding lost records.
