LEWISVILLE, AR – There’s more to a slap in the face of a candidate in Arkansas.

It all started back in 1997 when Claiborne Parish, LA, authorities charged Barry Reeder with seven counts of sexual battery when kids came over to play.
Amanda Kilgore is the woman who slapped him and she’s one of his accusers, saying she was a young girl when it happened in the 1980s.
The jury acquitted Reed and he later moved to Lewisville, AR, where he became a deputy sheriff. Now, he’s a candidate for county judge, but judging by the altercation in front of the sheriff’s office, Reeder’s past is coming back to haunt him.
The face slapping came after some horn honking as women protesters drove around the sheriff’s office, their vehicles covered with signs accusing Reeder of being a pedophile.
The women also want to know how Reeder got hired as a deputy sheriff, and whether he lied about never being charged with a felony.
They see his candidacy for judge as just one more a slap in the face to his alleged victims.
