easy to make, and yummy treats I made from the future First Lady's recipe!!

* 8 ounces dried apricots (chop in food processor)
* 2/3 cup coconut
* 2/3 cup condensed milk
* 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Mix dried apricots with coconut. Add condensed milk and chopped pecans. Roll in small balls and then in confectioners sugar and refrigerate.

At what point does one put the lime in the coconut and drink it all up?

There are times I'm grateful we don't have an auto-censor on this forum. I used to belong to a forum where people had to post recipes saying to roll cookie dough into small "spheres," so it wouldn't say to roll them into small "#####."
