Rep. Michael Simpson out of Idaho, introduced the "Energy and Water development Appropriations on the 20th of June. This is where the Army Corps of Engineers, along with others, will get some of their funding for the next fiscal year.
A few examples would be:

Department of Energy, Fossil Energy Research and Development, $593,000,000
Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers-Civil, construction, $1,704,499,000
National Nuclear Security Administration, Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation, $1,592,156,000
