DHS Social Media Working Group bill passes House

On the 8th of July, The House passed a bill it calls the "Social Media Working Group" bill that will give DHS authorization to create a new working group that will provide guidance and best practices for social media during an emergency. I put in the roll call vote at the bottom, too.
