What great timing! I'm sure the organizers of the rallies over the next couple weeks will have a field day with this. As a doctor, he really should know better. Perhaps they can invite him to come and give some better treatment. Nothing like handing this issue on a silver platter to liberal Johnson who is running for his seat against wankford, and on this issue no less.

I agree that allowing the executive to selectively enforce the law being a dangerous path, but if he actually cared about states rights he would have put forward a bill to remove the drug schedule act.

Here's a few positives.

Less non-violent people in jail.

Less money for drug cartels.

Less people going to drug dealers who offer more then just weed.

He won't be in the next election. He is retiring. And as little as I like him, firstly I wish it was that ass Inhofe going instead. Also, he seems to have health problems of a sort I wouldn't even wish on Inhofe, so I have nothing to say about that.

This is the seat Lankford is going after. He won't be an improvement. Lankford is more of a tool and less intelligent too.

I had all kinds of severe psychological issues in my 20s, not the least of which being as lazy and spoiled as a housecat on valium. To a very large extent, and more than I believe any other factor, marijuana cured them.

Does he still wan't to ban tobacco and make it an illegal controlled substance?
