I've never seen a politician almost break down during a hearing and kiss so much ass of a witness. He must have drawn the short straw. Surely there is a bigger pattern than just this instance.

True the Vote was targeted by the IRS after applying for tax exempt status more than two years ago.

Yeah a coworker shared the video of him kissing Koskinen's ass earlier with me.

Cummings talked about mourning for what could have been, but I could mourn about him never going by bars like he deserves to. Elijah Cummings was a slimeball way before this IRS shit and he should've never gotten into an office of that stature in the first place.
