US Secretary of State John Kerry said Washington is “not responsible” for either the crisis in Libya, or violence in Iraq, where militants of the Al-Qaeda offshoot group ISIS are capturing cities one by one.

"The United States of America is not responsible for what happened in Libya, nor is it responsible for what is happening in Iraq today," said Kerry at a press conference in Cairo after a short visit to Egypt for talks with its newly elected President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi as part of his Middle East tour.

Really? America isn't not responsible for what happened in Libya, nor is it responsible for what is happening in Iraq today? so just whom armed the grand freedom fighters in Libya about two years ago? how was about to arm the freedom fighters in Syria?

According to John Kerry my dog eat his homework.

I don't really follow what is going on but I can't see as we are not responsible.

I suppose I'm the farthest behind in what is going on in Iraq. I can't help wonder how much our destroying of their government has to do with it. Maybe the trouble they are having is caused by boundary disputes between groups caused by that destruction. This could just be natural growing pains of establishing some new boundaries.

It could also be the laboring of all of the groups under their new central bank?

I read a while back how there were only seven countries that didn't have a central bank tied in with a global network of central banks. The list had Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya on it then. Now I think it is down to Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Cuba.

Once a globally networked bank is installed the government starts working like our does after we went off of the gold and silver standard. Their central banks will make loans to the government and others that will further goals of said groups. Honest money towards projects will take a back burner to the projects and desires of those that now have access to unlimited funds.

Read what they said about Libya's new central bank.

As analysts debate possible motives behind President Obama’s United Nations-backed military intervention in Libya, one angle that has received attention in recent days is the rebels’ seemingly odd decision to establish a new central bank to replace dictator Muammar Gadhafi's state-owned monetary authority — possibly the first time in history that revolutionaries have taken time out from an ongoing life-and-death battle to create such an institution, according to observers.

Anyway I think to shirk responsibility is a cop out. I do also think that now they need their space to work things out for themselves.

100% responsible for current chaos.

New political leaders need to start shouting from the rooftops that all are aid & arms to "moderate" rebels in Syria needs to stop ASAP.
