It isn't real pain, says Taser guinea pig

The boss of the French company that makes Taser stun guns is adamant they are not dangerous, and says he should know - he's tested them on himself more than 50 times.
The company is now developing a drone similar to a mini-flying saucer that could fire Taser rounds on criminal suspects or rioting crowds. He expects it to be launched next year.
So guys what do you think about this sick plans?
A Taser Drone which it can fire taser shots :(
btw if he says that he tested them on himself more then 50 times and had no pain that doesnt make him a human does it?
