Stewart: Who Cares About Iraq Opinions of People Who Got the ‘F*cking Thing’ Wrong?!
by Josh Feldman | 11:27 pm, June 16th, 2014

Jon Stewart examined the current crisis in Iraq through a historical lens to ask an important question: why does the media keep giving airtime to all these politicians and pundits who were ‘wrong about the whole fucking thing” years ago? Stewart singled out Senators Lindsey Graham and John McCain in particular, the latter earning Stewart’s honor as “one of the wrongest.”

The Neo-cons are a dying breed. The democratic party has shown it's true colors when willfully intervening in foreign affairs. I cant help but wonder if our non-interventionist approach to foreign policy will be circumvented by the establishment types, military lobbyist and oil interests. Once we have taken over the Republican party and occupy the White House, we cant afford to fall victim to these pursuits

Sometimes you can be "right" and still be in the wrong.

VP Biden: Iraq needs 'urgent assistance,' unity

I'd agree completely with that, but for one thing. What most people consider the only alternative is the Democratic Party, and more and more people are seeing that it isn't an alternative at all.

Because the people who really run the country dont care how many lives and how much money they spend, its all your blood and money anyway. You will keep coughing up whatever its takes until you get it right.

Stewart knows this.

But that's even more reason to keep trying to "take over" the GOP.

Recall that the Republican party was originally formed by remnants from the Whig collapse ...

Those two things are in no way the same. Maybe you should watch the clip before judging.

Stewart is ripping on those who got it wrong, are still pushing for more wrong today, and yet somehow are getting massive air time from all types of media to be wrong in front of the people. The fact that you have to ask 'where are they today' of the others shows the difference. None of them are on MSNBCNFOXBUSINESSWEATHERETC saying the same shit they said in 2003.

That's how it has been for a long time and most informed Americans are well aware who calls the shots.

I've heard far enough of Jon Stewart to know how he plays his game, especially when he makes a mockery of the truth.
