I don't have a YouTube, and it wasn't anything really long, but it was nice to see Paul's name thrown in.

They were asking Buchanan about Murtha's recent "Surge is working" story.

Pat said, "Certainly, the surge is working. There's no doubt about that. But none of the GOP candidates are gaining except Ron Paul. It shows that, even though the war is starting to look decent now, people still don't like it. Paul is the only one that's against the war, the others are all the same, and Paul is the one gaining support out of it."

That's a very good point, and it's nice to see that many people are starting to hate undeclared wars not only because of their military failures, but because of their unconstitutionality and inherent problems.

Bravo, Buchanan!

Good, it's important to focus on the real issues. Supporting the war because you think the "surge is working" is just like the socialists who keep pushing for programs with short-term results. They all miss the point.

The surge may be 'working' to some degree but as Paul stated during the yt debate north and south Iraq are fairing much better without the troops.
