I think we need a welcome thread here with some useful links.

First a summary...

Tom McMillin is running for Michigan's 8th Congressional District to replacing the retiring Mike Rogers. Tom is strongly endorsed by Justin Amash and the two are actually very good friends going back to their days together serving in the Michigan House of Representatives. In contrast to the staunch NSA defender Mike Rogers, Tom is a very strong advocate of the 4th amendment and other civil liberty issues, you can read more about his positions and discuss in the Liberty Candidate Evaluation thread:

Tom is facing off against only one other candidate remaining in the race, Mike Bishop, with a primary date of August 8th.

Make sure to Like/Share/Comment on all his facebook (https://www.facebook.com/tom4michigan) posts, especially if you're out of state and want to help. He's been asking everyone to do this to help increase his visibility.

Compared to his opponent, Tom has ~1700 Likes and his opponent has ~1300.

Tom's not going to get money from traditional sources, so this is a really easy way to get the word out.
