So it seems that there's a liberty candidate, Jody Hice, running in Georgia's 10th Congressional district race, and he could very well pull it off with a win. This is a highly contested race since none of the many candidates running seems to have any significant advantage over the others. It will most likely end up going into a run-off election, meaning no candidate gets 50% of the vote, and Dr. Hice is highly expected to be one of the candidates in that race, according to The Peach Pundit, a local "mostly-establishment" political blog.

Here's a link to Peach Pundit blog post: http://www.peachpundit.com/2014/04/16/10th-congressional-district-roundup/
An excerpt from it: "Hice brought in the most cash in the first quarter, with $88,660 raised. He also spent the most during the quarter at just over $124,000, leaving him with $47,023 cash on hand. He is the only major candidate who has not had to make a personal loan to fund his campaign. Hice got into a runoff with Rob Woodall in 2010, before the district lines were redrawn. I fully expect him to make one of the runoff slots this year."[table="width: 500"]

He scored a 100% on the latest C4L survey for the candidates. http://www.campaignforliberty.org/surveys2/?id=102
I expected Donna Sheldon, another popular candidate, would likely be the establishment pick, but she scored a bit high as well, though not satisfactory for me. She is opposed to ending all foreign aid, and not opposed military action without a declaration of war, and not opposed to an internet sales tax...
