The sad thing is that this should frighten EVERYONE REGARDLESS OF PARTY AFFILIATION. But it won't because liberals are too short sighted. If you take away a persons right to speak....you force them to get their point across in other ways.
Unnamed "Government Officials" would like to place certain websites, such as Drudge, under FEC regulation. Seeing as though this is just so completely and obviously stupid, even the FEC chairman, Lee Goodman, is crying foul. I don't believe this idea is going to gain much if any traction, but I figure something like this should be discussed here - or at least cataloged with the rest of the Obama administration's attempts to usurp our liberty.
