This yearly exercise always intrigues me. Pelosi flaunting how much money she's stolen from the people (Ooooh.....my pants were designed by Michael Kors himself!). Sharpton and McCain laughing it up. Who needs Bilderberg when you see this yearly spectacle of "conspiracy"? I'll add the videos later.

Politicians, actors, media types and comedians all mingled at the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner on Saturday as President Obama was roasted by The Soup host Joel Mchale.

Indian actress Freida Pinto happily strolled through the metal detectors in a sequined peach number as Sofia Vergara came through and searched for her 'Modern Family' co-star Eric Stonestreet, who told Confidenti@l he is still on the dating app Tinder.

Arianna Huffington was nearby, as was House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, who told us her fitted, white lace pantsuit was designed by Michael Kors. Barbara Walters, fresh from her interview with Donald Sterling’s gal pal V. Stiviano, wore a lavender pant suit and greeted fellow journalists before sitting with her ABC table.

President Barack Obama taught everyone a little lesson about racist Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy during the 2014 White House Correspondents' Dinner.

Obama was touting the success of Olympic snowboarder Jamie Anderson, who was in attendance at the dinner, saying he hadn't "seen someone pull a 180 that fast until Rand Paul disinvited that Nevada rancher from this dinner."

"As a general rule, things don't end well if the sentence starts with, 'Let me tell you something about the Negro,'" Obama said. "You don't really need to know the rest of it, just a tip for you."
..

Washington (CNN) -- President Barack Obama, playing the role of comedian-in-chief, took some jabs during Saturday night's annual White House Correspondents' Association dinner at journalists, lawmakers and celebrities and, most pointedly, at his own administration's botched rollout last year of healthcare.gov, the federal online enrollment portal of Obamacare.

"Of course, we rolled out healthcare.gov," Obama said of his tough year in 2013. "That could have gone better."

"In 2008, my slogan was 'Yes we can.' In 2013, my slogan was control-alt-delete," Obama also said to laughs early in his remarks.

The President also joked that the launch of his signature domestic legislative achievement had been turned into one of the year's biggest movies, as a poster for Walt Disney's ubiquitous animated hit "Frozen" was flashed on the large video screens in the ballroom.

Obama returned to the troubled rollout of the Obamacare website at the end of his nearly 20 minutes of jokes.
350 million wasted?

ROFLMAO....

When a video Obama introduced failed to play properly, he asked, "Does anybody know how to fix this?" To laughter, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius stepped up and said: "I got this. I see it all the time." In the wake of the problems with the website, Sebelius has announced she is stepping down.

Glad they feel comfortable enough with the press corp to make jokes about serious matters and not worry about getting called on it. The press should be called out on their sycophancy loud and often. This was nothing more than a red carpet event for liberal chest thumpers. Basically a coordinated circle jerk for jerks.

Reminds me of RT's ad....and they're right. When politicians and mainstream media get together and work side by side the joke actually is on us.

They laugh just the same regardless of which party is in power. All those same people laughed at Bush's "Ooops, no WMDS over there" jokes too. That's the open secret about it all since the agenda doesn't change with political party changes.

Oh I know but Bush never had the ever rotating circle of celebrities at his beck and call like Obama does which turns any event he attends into a celebutard circus.

Dunno about that. Jack Bauer probably owes his fame to GWB....and maybe even vice versa.

Robespierre was far too merciful, in my opinion.
