Not many people have seen this.. I'm surprised! Very Professional. We need to get this on air in key primary states!

UM...

Holy cow..

From a purely "marketing standpoint".. that pitch is perfectly captured.
The use of text keywords is nothing short of amazing.

I'll support this idea with $50

Best of all there is no copyright issues so this can go straight to the TV.

whoever made this video should give the video to one of the PACs (http://ronpaulgraphs.com/chipin.html)
they have gotten ads on tv before.

Can someone contact the PACs and inform them about this ad?

I know OperationNh and AUF pac are doing some tv in iowa.... maybe they can split up their commercials with this one..

btw.. does anyone know how that campaign went?

since hq already has a handle on NH and Iowa.. perhaps we could move this towards Michigan or S.Carolina or even Nevada..??? thoughts?

I didn't see where it was that great really. I mean its good, but the campaign's actual ads are better than this.

Eh.. that's a tough one. If we do good in Iowa and New Hampshire there will be a domino effect to the other states. I know Ron Paul has a lot of support here in Michigan and I've heard in Nevada.. so I'm almost positive if he does good in Iowa and New Hampshire, Michigan and Nevada will follow.

But that's not saying we shouldn't ignore Michigan, Nevada and South Carolina. I don't know, I'm going in circles. Someone help me out.

And a Fatboy Slim remix by someone else

Though I think the 2nd one is really cool, I think the first one would be more effective.

With all due respect, I believe the following two are much better. They only need a few teaks to be perfect, but are ready-to-go the way they are.

These took some time and effort with professional equipment in a studio, and the results really show.

Yes. the real campaign ads look like crap compared to this. "pros" generally suck and do, at best, a barely competent job.

Anyways, I would definitely donate.

I must say these are better than the campaigns' but I don't know if it's just me but I get really annoyed of real people talking in ads. In my opinion it reminds me of those damn infomercials about losing weight and how "easy" it is, which we all know is a ton of crap.

It's a terrible ad for television, particularly if targeting an over 40 demographic who have decreased dopamine availability to grasp the content/message in a very fast (for them ) moving context. This kind of stuff is great for the under 30 crowd but it won't move people older than that.
So, that's one reason, another issue is that this ad would be highly likely to trigger epileptic fits in people who would be susceptible, too much swooshing and changes of position/flashing on the screen.
Not workable...
Frank? **C* YOU....you as well Sean...

I agree with JustinC. The visuals are interesting, but the message is just a bunch of platitudes with emotional background music - it really could be any candidate's ad. In my opinion the most effect ads feature Dr. Paul in his own voice expressing his own views. I wouldn't spend my money on this ad.

For radio only. And definitely NO to Ad #1 on TV. Older voters are not going to be pursuaded by a bunch of 25 year olds who are still wet behind the ears and have limited life experience. Why not re-shoot the ads and replace a few of the kids with some 50-60 year olds and you've got a good ad. It shows Ron Paul appeals to all types of people.

Thats what the voiceover is for.

And it resembles many tv sports game spots Ive seen... like the FOX Sports NL and AL pennant and world series promos.... which old people watch emphaticially.

There is an entire science behind the creation of ads based on neuro-transmission.
Resembling tv sports game spots has no link to a political ad where it's trying to persuade a person to a new value or belief.
It's too hip for broad appeal.

even with that big word, your post is substanceless. Too hip? Are those sports ads too hip? I think not.

I have met plenty of sports fans face to face when canvassing, they like politics mroe than you would think.

You all are TOOOOO skeptical.

MTV went on the air, what? 25 years ago?

I'd say most people under 45 are accustomed to stylistic visuals. You don't need to be college aged.

Yeah all of these ads are awesome, I think the two with people talking about him would be good for Iowa and New Hampshire, but the Frankdogg ones would be good for states where people don't know Ron Paul as well like Michigan and Florida. I think his other one, with that one song would be good for Florida while the one here would be good for Michigan.
