Letters To Iowa

I would like to do my part and send 25 letters to the people of Iowa this week and I would like to do it this weekend. However I can't find the person that was running this program. Can someone lead me in the right direction? I am leaving for work in 15 minutes so I am afraid this might get buried by the time I get home.
