View Full Version : Cops Raid the Wrong Apartment, Hog Tie 75 Year Old Grandmother

Ruth Hunter lives two doors down from a man that police were after. So naturally her apartment was raided in the middle of the night and she was hog tied while police sorted things out.

“I thought someone was breaking in to rob or kill me,” Hunter said.

Seconds after her front door flies open Hunter said she heard a voice yell “Police!”

“…Took my hands with a tie-thing and said ‘You’re under arrest’ and started asking questions,” she recalled. “The more I told them I didn’t know these people, the more he continued.”

Even though the police were at the wrong house, that did not stop them from shaking down this 75 year old grandmother.

Nice how the cops told her "you better find somebody to fix that door" (the one they busted down).

They have all the power with no consequences whatsoever, and they know it, so they can afford to be arrogant douchebags.

You can't really blame them, most people will do whatever they can get away with doing -- you have to blame the public for not standing up to these thugs and bullies.

If this were China, the cops may not have made it out of the building.

But it's not, it's AmeriKa, home of the slave and land of the copsucker.

Probably not. More than one of them probably went home and masturbated to snuff porn.

One poll put Boston residents’ support for the police and government reaction at 86 percent.

And this is what you bought, copsuckers.

I don't. Any time someone stands up to them, they wind up getting constantly harassed and sometimes assaulted. AF has posted one or two stories along these lines.

Police Officers have a tough job that no one else wants to do to keep us safe, cut them some slack if they slip up once and a great while.

So, if a free country is like somebody busts down your door to your home in the middle of the night, and instead of bringing available weapons immediately to bear, you are supposed to think "Wait, that could be the police". What does tyranny look like?

I wish we were all stupid rich and could make the cops look like even bigger a-holes by getting her a new door.

I wonder if homeowner's insurance covers this sort of BS? Probably not.

I'm sure we could, if somebody wanted to sleuth something like that out.

I'm sure too, but I'm tapped out for a while and can't start something that I'm unable to participate in. I'd feel like a giant jerk.

China and Russia are the evil Empires. With no freedoms or human rights..Especially China because fedbook and google are banned (no one used google anyway).

What I want the stupid fucks to notice is Amerika has HORRIBLE abusing DAILY worse than in fucking China. I wish every damn day these idiots would realize that.

But that's impossible. Boobus could never believe or imagine that Amerika in some ways there are times there's less freedoms than in communist fucking China. I think Boobus HEAD would just fucking explode.

But that won't happen..EVER. China was be evil communist with no freedoms, and AMerika is freedom.

Not trying to defend China at all, just wish people knew China and Amerika aren't as far off as boobus believes.

Is it time that we revisit the whole idea of search warrants?

Not that they care about search warrants. They will SWAT team your home over a random tip.

Maybe make the conditions for granting a search warrant much more strict?

The drafters of the Constitution could never have anticipated the current level of lawlessness by .gov.

Legitimate warrants were pretty well discussed and understood by the men who drafted the constitution and bill of rights, it's modern day judges and lawyers who are responsible for perverting the intent of the founders.

"We the People" are responsible for letting them.......

"shall not be infringed." Pretty definitive response in the second and we see where that has gotten us.

VA State Police cite an ongoing drug investigation and cannot comment any further.

It must be nice to be able to go around assaulting and shaking down old ladies and then claim to be involved in an “ongoing investigation” as to avoid answering for the atrocity.
End the Led.

Just a thought, but if warrants are to issue only upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and the warrant turns out to be false, somebody committed perjury.
