I know there's folks on the board who deal with wholesale food...Is this marketable?

If so how to bring it to market in order to benefit the ranchers in Nevada?

Where's Truckin'Mike?

Seems as though a refrigerated trailer and a friendly butcher would go a long way toward getting this "grass fed" beef to market.....

Much better to do private sales and contract delivery than to pay federally inspected feedlots/butchers/packagers and retail mark up....
