The original title replaces the word "People" with "You" inferring you the reader have been duped. Changed to People because this group is much more resistant to their typical forms of manipulation than the average Faux News viewer.
The point is still valid. People, including elected representatives, vote for bills based on how catchy the title of a bill sounds, not the contents. Giving people the ability to understand how they are manipulated also gives them the ability to resist those forms of manipulation. It is one way to help to awaken people around you to the deep deep shit we are all now in as opposed to a direct confrontation of what they currently believe.
