Beck has no power. He's not making policy at the Congressional level. He doesn't assign committee positions nor influence where Republican campaign funds are directed. That would be one Mitch McConnell.

Championed? The guy has been a thorn in Bush's side since 2006. He battered him over the immigration push as well as the Ramos and Compean debacle. Beck has always been the maverick of the group, and that's why he got canned by Fox.

After listening to his recent speech at John Hagee's CUFI war rally, I'm not convinced anything has chaged other than his style of inftainment and demagaugery.
But I'm all for using professional infotainerls like him.. but not for being used by them.

And Beck will probably be bigger danger to liberties of Americans than Obama if given power. Obama's election is 100% reaction of Bush/Cheney's mideast policies gone bad.

I don't trust him at all, and never will. He is 100% correct in his assertion that McConnell is more dangerous than Obama in that McConnell is a snake in the grass .. A lying, cheating, self serving piece of donkey dung that is lucky he had the connections to become an inferior, criminal Senator rather than his true calling; i.e., an illiterate cotton picker making $5.75 per hour. Obama has made it clear that he is a liar and a cheat. Obama doesn't feel the need to hide it any longer. .. The entire world knows of Obama's corruption. However, McConnell has yet to expose himself as such as any snake in the grass would do.

Republican party will remain dead until they dispose of McConnell, McCain, Boehner, King, Graham, just to mention a few criminals that should hit the road.
