Turkey decided to clamp down on several web sites the last week of March for exposing a recently leaked discussion by high-ranking government officials. The controversial recording captured a planned false flag incident that would justify Turkey’s military intervention into bordering Syria. This leak, and the government’s response to try to silence its dissemination, has significant implications of global importance. It appears this NATO country is willing to attack itself if it would further its leaders’ political agenda, and in the process, inadvertently help expose another example of mainstream media censorship.

The mainstream media has decided against telling the public about this plan for a false flag event, employing vague and nondescript terms to distract the public from understanding what’s really going on behind the scenes. This compromised journalistic community has intentionally omitted this front page-worthy news from their reports. And at what cost? After all, this is WAR we are talking about here.

Deliberately planning to fool not just its citizens, but also the world community at-large, the other egregious omission is the blaming of the false attack on the usual scapegoat, Al-Qaeda. Additionally, the disturbingly real possibility that the U.S. possessed full knowledge of this intent and may even be supportive of such tactics, is not something honest journalists accidentally forget to include. This is blatant media censorship.
