Was there really any doubt that freedom would prevail over tyranny?

Incredible achievement.

Congrats everyone. Ron Paul's freedom train has a great force behind it.

Oh man... This day is exceeding my expectations! I thought the $500k prediction I made was going to be pushing it... but now I think we're good to go and then some!

We're not only breaking our own records, but also the Q3 records of the second tier candidates Thompson, Romney and Giuliani... and in only 2 months... that's 66% of a quarter for those keeping track. From the Bydlak email yesterday:

# During the third quarter, Fred Thompson raised $9,750,821 to be used during the primary election cycle.

# Not counting money that he loaned to his own campaign, Mitt Romney raised $9,896,719.

# Rudy Giuliani finished with $10,258,019.

Excellent :)

Remember Gephardt back on 2004? He quit the race and left congress after Iowa.

Not much, or they would be saying something about it.

And, of course, there's no way to be sure, until the FEC reports come out next year. A quick peek at Rudy's web site shows now press releases about funds raised this quarter. So, if they aren't saying, they can't have good news.

How do we know we're doing the best in fundraising at the moment? I think every candidate's going to have a higher bar this quarter. Just look at Huckabee's fundraising, his ratio boost this quarter is almost as good as ours.

After the Tea Party we are going to have $20 Million Fazoos for President Paul.

I am sure CNN would ask Rudy about this landmark RP campaign has achieved.

Yeah, but that's probably because he only recently became a media darling. He's got a little bit of momentum, whereas Giuliani and Romney basically had as much momentum as they were ever going to have a good while ago. RP's momentum, of course, is defying the laws of physics... or at least politics.
