well, sort of...
all but 4 are dead. The news did an interview with one surviving vietnam special forces soldier who carried out a deceased teammate under fire and went back to retrieve a map case, getting shot in the process 3 times. He heals up and reenlists. sounds like your typical MoH winner, right?
they kinda glossed over one little thing... he had this on his wall:

That means he fought in Cambodia and Laos. Secret wars that were not acknowledged. so this guy got passed over for reasons other than his race. He was passed over because he didn't officially exist and fought in a war that didn't exist.
These teams did assassinations, kidnappings and ambushes. You know, activities that we commonly refer to as "death squads". Check out the following 15m video, and pay attention to lines like:

Using chemical warfare agents, specifically paralytics. Well, because it was more humane to only kill anyone holding a gun (after they were incapacitated) rather than everybody. They admitted they could be lethal. Remember the Russian Theater? These things kill those that are not in top shape - women, children, the elderly... exactly the populations their justification for using them claimed to protect.
They would go in and kill everyone, including woman and children (talking ambushes/firefights).

So in summary, In the name of racial justice, Obama is awarding our countries highest honor to a war criminal. :rolleyes:
Oh, and just for fun and giggles, the Wikileaks documents from Manning revealed we have teams like this in Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, etc. right now!
Even better: the Law Enforcement Administration under "non-lethal weapons" programs (and undoubtedly DHS now) has been developing systems to use these same paralytic agents (reminder banned by Geneva convention) for use by law enforcement against AMERICAN demonstrators!
