I like to check an uploader's other videos when I find myself linked like this. I recommend viewing the one she posted about how falling asleep at the wheel and being hit by a semi - and how it "woke her up," so to speak...and no, I'm not making a pun.

She speaks about freedom from the tyranny of the self, and this made me think deeply about myself and how I allow the news and my reactions to it to make me unhappy. Sure, that's an ethereal concept, kinda hippy-dippy, but in my own life, I think it's true.
