Anyone see a problem with me buying decals for people?

I figure it's ok since I can buy leaflets and give them away. I can buy decals and give them away too, right? Just like bumper stickers?
If I'm right, it counts against my contribution cap if I buy from the official campaign. Correct?
What about if I buy from non-campaign sources?
I want to make sure I stay legal. Any thoughts are appreciated.
