Connecticut has been making news due to their hastily passed gun registration laws. According to some sources as few as 15% of gun owners have actually registered their firearms. News Blogs have been warning state officials are talking about mass confiscations of the unregistered firearms.
Ar-15
An AR-15 and high capacity magazine.
Plans for these confiscations hit a snag when a legislative intern dared to ask a question. “Who will be going door to door to take all the guns away?” asked the 21-year-old college senior.
Reportedly multiple people in the room in the most sarcastic voices they could muster said “the police”.
The unnamed intern then pointed at the list and said, “my dad’s name is on the list, and he is the police chief. I see three other names on this list of family members, all cops.”
With in hours a print off of all sworn Law Enforcement officers in the state was obtained. Comparisons of the list of gun owners who failed to comply with registration requirements and sworn LEOs showed a startling figure. Just over 68% of Connecticut cops had failed to register firearms according to the new law.
An anonymous source in the Governors office said lawmakers were dumbfounded. “Someone suggest firing all the cops who failed to register. But the reality of hiring and training that many new police officers is not practical.” The source goes on to say “Senator [redacted to protect our source] said maybe we should issue an official order to all cops to comply with registration or face termination. I mean seriously these people are a special kind of stupid to think that gun-loving cops are going to go along with this blatant violation of the 2nd Amendment.”
So now Connecticut is in little quagmire. The powers that be are making all kinds of threats, but there is no one to follow through on the threats.
No police officers or police administrators were willing to go on record for this story. Emails to members of the Connecticut legislator and Governors office were not returned by the time of publication.

Oops! We cut off the Enforcement Arm of Criminals! [backtrack]

Is what Hitler did any different? How long until Mandatory Registration extends to Non Firearm issues? Like being forced to register if you supported Ron Paul, or EVER voted for anyone but a Republican or Democrat? Not that they dont likely know already, but how much longer until you are requred to Register for EVERY activity you want to do? Wanna see porn on the interwebz, you must Register first! Want to protest or participate in an Occupy Movement? Protesters are going to be required to Register before they are given permission to protest!

Sorry guys, the Revolution is over. We couldnt get a Revolution Permit!

Then dont look here.

Look at Egypt. Look at Syria. Look at Ukraine. Look at Venezuela.

It went from people griping on internet forums there to protests that took to the streets. We tried this many times here, for example Occupy Movements. When we did, our message was ignored, but the response was to just ramp up Militarization of Police and arrest protestors. The heat is being turned up slowly here, so we havent reached that tipping point yet. Want to see a Revolution? Have a Cop murder a Black Man in cold blood, then dont bother to invesitgate. Cut off peoples Welfare and Food Stamps 100%. Double the price of food in a month. Double every tax that a person pays, except Corporations. The breaking point is different for everyone. So if you send Cops door to door on a daily basis to inspect your home for both Illegal Guns and Illegal Drugs, they'll unfortunately comply. But take away the things en masse the people depend on and they'll Riot. Shut down Facebook (as much as I hate it), you'll have a Violent Revolution within an hour.

But again, it is not Violence that should be anyones goal.

Special LEO "exemptions" proposed in the CT state legislature in 3...2...1...

Did you know that one of the few powers the federal government is supposed to have and to actively enforce against the States is to guarantee to the States a republican form of government? Huh. "A law for me and a law for thee" is illegal in any jurisdiction within the United States.

^^< This will probably happen, I am sad to say, but the CT State Legislature will need to be brought up on charges of the flagrant violation of Article 4. :p

I know what you are saying, but there is a whole nuther world out there for some patriots. Call them what they will, Constitutionalists, Survivalists, Oath Keepers, Sovereigns, Common Law blankety blank, etc.

Many are taking on "the system" in various ways, venues, and sometimes through courts, either the corporate ones or the Article III ones.

The fight doesn't begin nor end in the corporate voting (some have become electorates versus voters) process, that is emphasis here.

So what am I saying, education is important, mostly now with the Internet being the medium. These topics have been broached here and still crops up time to time. It is not just "griping" but who is paying attention that will help bring about the changes along with our brothers and sisters that use more conventional means. Look beyond those that have a vested interest in keeping us in a cage whether it is disingenuous attorneys, CPAs, politicians or judges.

Just look at the OP's past posts as a start.

Much like the term "jury trial," the plain meanings of words like "republican" from the Revolutionary era have been thoroughly redefined and diluted by lawyers, judges, and others aware of the power of redefining words.

I'm half tempted to neg rep the fuck outta the OP.

WTF...it's hard enough to sort this shit out on a daily basis without stupid, unfunny "satire" bullshit to wade through as well.

Not fucking cool...
