Don Huffines is leading so far in his bid to knock out incumbent Dallas State Senator John Carona.

I hope he wins. The first I ever heard of him was at a Ron Paul event where he and his wife sat at a table with Ron and Carol. But I wouldn't call it the biggest upset in modern TX history. He comes from a very rich family and was able to outspend his opponent using his own money. More power to him. I'm glad people like him that can afford it, act on it.

That is so awesome!!!!! hahaha.... beating corrupt incumbents is difficult, but extremely satisfying. :) Thomas Massie did it before he ran for US House too!
