Huckster needs to be stopped..

We need to do a negative ad on Huckabee. He is taking a lot of people and money from Ron Paul. He has a ton of dirt on him including a Willie Horton type of scandle. He got a criminal out and then that criminal went and murdered someone and Huckabee is not telling the truth about it..

It looks like the official Ron Paul campaign has decided not to do these types of negative ads. Problem is they work and we need to do them.

If we do not attack the huckster we are going to lose IMO

I hope someone has the skills to put this together and do something or we lay down this bid for Ron Paul and let the Huckster take the votes and the money.

I think your over reacting. Sure Huckabee may have some support in Iowa and the media is definately fluffing up his numbers elsewhere, but the dude does not have near the support nation wide as Ron Paul does. For instance here in WV he currently has about 10 delegates signed up while Ron currently has about 80. Personally, I'm not buying into Huckabee's "surge."

We need them as paid ads on TV or they will ignore them. Videos are helpful but will not work. Churches are backing him and they are not watching videos. They do watch TV

Ron Paul is so much better on Huckabee on SOOO MANY ISSUES, that once we educate people about RP, they will come to our side without much effort. There is no need to go negative when we have so many positives going for us.

Go to the Internet Wayback Machine and look at MikeHuckabee.com before Huck took it over. Used to be a pretty scathing report on the his work as governor. Lots of ammunition to be found there.

He was running flat and broke for so long that he never bothered to setup a national organization even in skeleton form. I was scanning his forums to keep informed and it seems they are just now starting to run ballot drives in a lot of places where the deadline is Dec. 10th, etc. Of course we didn't have the luxury of walking into a church and probably getting a good fifty percent of the people to sign semi-automatically, but still he's cutting it close.

Even if he makes it to all the Super-Tuesday ballots, you figure if he's running strong at that point it's a blessing - remember that we do BEST if Rudy, Romney, Huckabee, McCain, Thompson all split votes evenly amongst non-RP supporters, and RP supporters show up. In that scenario we have the lowest threshold to victory, and it will take far fewer RP supporters to leap ahead of that 5 way tie than some 2 way Rudy/Mitt finish.

My 2 cents.
