These are terrible and terrifying times for everybody who is not a member of the Plunderbund, including people who are actively fighting it.

About a week ago I had the opportunity to share the stage in Phoenix with the estimable Larken Rose, who -- like myself -- is an evangelist of liberty who proselytes without purse or scrip. On the way home, he suffered an automobile breakdown and needs some help.

The heroic Regina Tasca, whose case I have described in this space, is burdened with legal fees amounting to roughly three-quarters of a million dollars. She was fired from her job as a police officer in Bogota, New Jersey because she intervened to protect an innocent young man from being assaulted by a fellow cop. An Indiegogo page has been set up for those who would like to give her a hand.

Like many of you, I have been both infuriated and edified by the writings of Arthur Silber, who is enduring both severe health crises and is under assault by the IRS. He is likewise eminently worthy of support.

I've dilated on my personal and family circumstances too often, and we've been blessed by the generosity of many people (including some -- too many -- whom I have neglected to thank). I greatly appreciate the kindness of those who replied to my most recent appeal. We are still facing some immediate and very acute challenges -- not the least of which is the fact that a month from today, the home in which we're living is scheduled to be sold at a foreclosure auction. In the meantime, we are struggling to keep the lights on and the telephone connected.

Our landlords -- a married couple employed as prison guards who make at least $100,000 a year between them -- stopped paying on the mortgage more than two years ago, and didn't bother to tell us about their delinquency.

While acknowledging that there are many others who deserve your support, I earnestly hope that you can send us some help, as well. Thank you, and God bless.

This stuff is really starting to bother me. I know Jordan and Zippy both post facts that indicate that the foreclosures are slowing down and the housing market is picking up, but the bad news it is really starting to wear me down.

I remember when I was a kid....there was one family in the neighborhood that ran into some financial problems, so they sod their house and bought a trailer. It was talked about in hushed tones around the children.

Now, I go back and look at the old neighborhoods where we used to live, and in every single one I see 2 or 3 or my former neighbors' houses being foreclosed on. And some of them are not young people. It is heartbreaking. One of my husband's high school friends just offed himself, the week before his home was going to auction. 60+ years old, recently divorced, kids grown and out of the house....it is really hard to imagine being motivated to start over again at that age, in this economy.

He opted out.

Same thing happened to one of the families that my son goes to school with. There was money problems as well as marital problems. The Mom hung herself while she was alone in the home.

I used to be pretty optimistic about trying times. "This too shall pass," "makes us stronger," yada yada yada, but I dont feel that any more either. Maybe its because I'm older and tired-er, but this time I just don't feel like there will be a real recovery.

Winter is coming.

I could handle that if I thought there would ever be a spring.

These are some very good examples of why I try not to be too harsh when it comes to economic issues when it effects people on such a gut level.

Sure, people do dumb things and propose dumb solutions that only make things worse.

That doesn't change the fact that it drove both these people to end it all.

Humanity, Christian fellowship and a helping hand, without a government gun, could have saved them, I think.

I am truly sorry to hear these stories as well.

Honestly, a lot of the misguided wealth distribution is a mere pittance compared to the utter raping we receive at the hands of the Nouveau Royales.

Has Will talked to his minister/pastor/priest? Some churches help families in dire need by making an emergency house payment. If not, pass him a note for me. Thnx. I don't read Grigg much off of RPFs due to time constraints.

Oh, I don't think it's a question of him not paying rent.

The people he was renting FROM didn't pay and the property is being foreclosed on.

I'm guessing he's in a bind for first last and security.

There have been a ton of corporate misses on revenue... that means spending is down and for good reason. This economy in the private sector is shit.
Only government and the Money Masters with their huge corporate welfare and tax writeoffs, plus THE FED counterfeiting and pumping is giving the elites the wealth as the middle and lower classes grow poorer.

Obama is on another 'Distraction Tour 2014' peddling, you guessed it; more taxes, more spending, more debt. Their PONZI & PYRAMID schemes are unraveling, they need more and more money from the people, they need inflation to increase to the pace of stealing, but not collapsing the economy. You witness THE FED and the rest of the Casino Clown Cart of analysts in the financial industry missing most of their forecasts. And now praising a corporation that comes in-line with a revised down projection.

You are seeing the greatest transfer of wealth and theft to/by the power elites and government. Its through inflation and taxes on the middle classes and poor, while THE FED buys toxic deratives/mortgage backed securities. It's disgusting these criminals and con artists play their propaganda games and use the people wealth/savings/inflation to enrich themselves while fabricating the lies to fool the masses. Best way to do that is to put the partisan divide on steroids. Turn every difference in America upon one another, keep the little busy fighting with each other, while they run off with your money and freedoms.

Fuel usage is at a 18 year low, prices are high and continue to rise... but the sanctions must remain of Iran and now that POS scumbag congressman Ileana Ros Lehtinen (R-FL) was on the House floor this morning calling for Venezuela sanctions on their energy too.

Government has fucked everyone but themselves and their campaign donors/bribers/special interest. Never forget John Boehner and the establishment GOP Fascists are just as bad as the progressive socialists voting for; debt pile raises, no concessions, a $650 Billion tax hike, more war spending, and FOR SPYING on Americans... their list goes on & on.

The only time the economy flourishes is when the people have the money in their pockets, not the government 1%, which are enriching themselves and blowing $100s of billion around the world for special interest.

BTW, while we're at it, no government on planet earth has killed more people globally over the past 10 years, than the US government. There's your 'Kinder & Gentler Nation' your New World Order... comply to the global regime or die. No wonder a majority of the world despises and hates America... and most of the world would, if it were not for financially bribing or threatening to destroy them.

Don't forget more cheap labor. The new Democrat talking point: "We need immigration reform to save the economy." Just another one of their pyramid schemes.
