On Monday night I was elected chair of my town GOP committee: http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?444920-Republican-Town-Committee-s-got-itself-a-new-chairman

Last night I organized this:

The following Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Officers of the Plaistow Area Republican Town Committee on Monday, February 25, 2014.

Be it resolved that the Plaistow Area Republican Town Committee hereby declares its support of the Republican Party Platform, against the Affordable Care Act and the Expansion of Medicaid in any form, and urges all Plaistow Area Republican Town Committee members to make this decision known to all of our elected leaders.

Respectfully submitted,

Carla Mora, Secretary
Plaistow Area Republican Town Committee

Resolution was picked up in a NH-based conservative blog here: http://granitegrok.com/blog/2014/02/plaistow-area-republican-committee-opposes-medicaid-expansion-in-nh

These resolutions are in response to some GOP leaders who support Medicaid expansion.

:) Good job. Just words... for now but hopefully they build into action and put pressure on your elected officials to change. Or get them voted out!

More coverwge

Other Republican committees have passed similar resolutions: Rockingham and Strafford counties, and the towns of Bedford, Plaistow and Merrimack.
(THURSDAY, Feb. 27: The Epping GOP and Blackwater GOP, from Warner and Webster, joined the movement on Wednesday night, unanimously passing resolutions opposing "the expansion of Medicaid in any form.")

While that's a small number of committees, they are among the largest and most influential.
