Near the end of 2013, a Florida official decided Robin Speronis was doing something too strange to tolerate: She was trying to live off the grid.

Off the Grid News reports:

Speronis has been fighting the city of Cape Coral since November when a code enforcement officer tried to evict her from her home for living without utilities. The city contends that Speronis violated the International Property Maintenance Code by relying on rain water instead of the city water system and solar panels instead of the electric grid.

And now, a judge has ruled that living independently of the city’s water supply is illegal. “She must hook up to the water system, although officials acknowledge she does not have to use it,” says Off the Grid News.

And this is why you should never live within city limits.

But on a deeper level, this is what happens when no one owns property any more and allodial title is nonexistent.

This is what came to my mind not having delved deeper into the article. Now rain water catchment done so no one sees might be a bit difficult but in today's day and age I would say comply to the extent of being hooked up but use the water you see fit to all the while realizing the potential consequences for breaching code which frowns on water catchment systems.

Oh and btw what is the international property maintenance code? Let me guess it is part of one of those neato treaties we signed on to for developed countries. Yeah I know, google it. Pretty sweet we not only have local code but now international property code these low level tyrants want to use.

It's all part of the Agenda 21 agenda.

Agenda 21 Is Being Rammed Down The Throats Of Local Communities All Over America

Have you ever heard of Agenda 21? If not, don’t feel bad, because most Americans haven’t. It is essentially a blueprint for a “sustainable world” that was introduced at the UN Conference on Environment and Development in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1992. Since then, it has been adopted by more than 200 countries and it has been modified and updated at other UN environmental summits. The philosophy behind Agenda 21 is that our environmental problems are the number one problem that we are facing, and that those problems are being caused by human activity. Therefore, according to Agenda 21 human activity needs to be tightly monitored, regulated and controlled for the greater good. Individual liberties and freedoms must be sacrificed for the good of the planet. If you are thinking that this sounds like it is exactly the opposite of what our founding fathers intended when they established this nation, you would be on the right track. Those that promote the philosophy underlying Agenda 21 believe that human activity must be “managed” and that letting people make their own decisions is “destructive” and “dangerous”. Sadly, the principles behind Agenda 21 are being rammed down the throats of local communities all over America, and most of the people living in those communities don’t even realize it.

So how is this being done? Well, after Agenda 21 was adopted, an international organization known as the “International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives” (ICLEI) was established to help implement the goals of Agenda 21 in local communities. One thing that they learned very quickly was that the “Agenda 21″ label was a red flag for a lot of people. It tended to create quite a bit of opposition on the local level.

As they try to implement their goals, they very rarely use the term “Agenda 21″ anymore. Instead, they use much more harmless sounding labels such as “smart growth”, “comprehensive land use planning” and especially “sustainable development”.

So just because something does not carry the Agenda 21 label does not mean that it is not promoting the goals of Agenda 21.

The goals of Agenda 21 are not only being implemented in the United States. This is a massive worldwide effort that is being coordinated by the United Nations.

How do you fire judges?

If the answer is you can't, then that problem needs to be solved. Same with politicians. Waiting until their next term is crap.

Same thing would happen in a city that was entirely privately owned, with private contracts before you moved in.

You meet the minimum requirements to live with your voluntarily chosen group of people, or you move out.

Don't be a dick.

Vote of No Confidence to remove from office? Is that a possible solution without violence?

I have noticed I've become much more radical since I got a reverse osmosis unit.

They are already pissed at her for living off the grid. An unpaid utility bill is EXACTLY what they want in order to send in a SWAT team, break a bunch of shit and make her homeless or put her in a cage.

For Now. Until they have Minimum and maximums implemented.
