Republican Town Committee's got itself a new chairman

Tonight the committee unanimously agreed that even if I'm running for state rep it is not a conflict of interest. Bylaws say nothing.

One of the incumbent state reps heard for the first time that I would be running. He seemed glad. He is the only rep from our town. All of our district's other reps are from the neighboring town.

the incumbent present has confirmed he is running for reelection. only one of the remaining three has also confirmed; the outstanding two have been unresponsive to the town committee's inquiries.
