People are just so fired up right now...

900 donations during the night. That is probably only a small fraction of what the day will bring in.
I think this one has the potential to become very big indeed. You just sorta feel it coming, dont you?

I agree. We need to hit 12 million dollars so we show that we reached the total fundraising goal a MONTH ahead of time!

Let's get going! We need to keep promoting Rudys Reading List until the day is through. Right now I'm looking at my paycheck, figuring what I need for the week, and the rest is being donated. No Christmas shopping this week!

Are people holding out for the Tea Party?? (Kinda a rhetorical question - not trying to start up the fight again.) I'm sure some folks don't have the funds to donate until the Tea Party but I hope those who do have the funds now will contribute now. Pledges don't pay for TV airtime that leads to votes - cash does.

PS. On the 5th there were no other future money bombs, whereas today the 16th is scheduled and could be affecting things.

I sure hope it works!! I think Jonathan Bydlack's email was helpful. Today being an every-other-week payday and also a twice-a-month payday hopefully will lead to a surge later in the day - maybe some folks will not donate until lunch hour or after work hours.
