If Obama behaved with White House intern as Bill Clinton did, would GOP impeach him?

Bill Clinton did many things including dropping bombs on medical facilities in other countries and none of those were acts worthy of impeachment citation for GOP. Obama has dropped bombs on other countries/droned innocent children, even target killed American citizens without a trial including American citizen children and none of that has moved GOP to impeach him.

Hypothetically, if like Bill Clinton, Obama had sexual relations with an intern in the White House, do you think GOP will move to impeach him?
Or because he is "black", GOP will be more forgiving in his case.
