A military transport plane crashed in Algeria Tuesday, killing 103 people, Ennahar TV reported, according to Reuters.

The plane crashed in a mountainous area in the Oum El Bouaghi province, the report said.

If it is one of the new ones , I think passenger capacity would be around 92 . So 103 dead would be 99 and four crew including woman and children. The Algerians are using these as commercial airliners ?
