Police were searching Friday for two men sought in a string of break-ins in Cheviot Hills. But they went away empty handed from at least one home when they came face-to-face with shotgun-wielding woman. Kimberly Cheng reports from Cheviot Hills for the KTLA 5 News at 10 on Friday, Feb. 7, 2014.

Police: We never advocate VICTIMS taking action through their own hands. Obviously it would have been a different situation if the suspect ENTERED her location and she felt in dire need that her life was in jeopardy.
Vigilante: I don't want to PLAY an "innocent" VICTIM like a sitting duck.
