http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k7lgXc2coAs&feature=youtube_gdata This is a message that needs to get out to the general public. Nowadays you can get SWAT teamed just for having an overdue library book. If America has changed this much in ten years just think what the next ten years will bring if people don't start taking action to question the authoritarian mindset that is expanding in every level of government.

Government is gonna govern. It's the nature of the beast. The problem here is with the people who just casually accept it, even crave it. Until we change the people, none of this is ever going to change. Part of getting elected is to expose the people to liberty and demonstrate that it's not so crazy after all, but one thing for sure is we aren't going to fix the broken government until we fix the broken electorate. When the people demand that undesirables get shipped off in boxcars, then the undesirables are going to get shipped off in boxcars.

Mind you, a lot of this is driven by the media-political cycle that 'programs' people to believe how they do, it's not as though the craving to be subjugated under tyranny arose organically from the masses. It was put there by the sensationalist media and the corrupt officials who crave power. Just because the impetus for this situation came from corrupt officials and a blood-lusting media, however, does not change the fact that the people in general are the problem. We as a society would not have been able to be programmed had we not allowed ourselves to be programmed.

Instead of messing with the buttons, I find it easier to just type the "video" tags around the link to the video, like so:
