I notice how they put their own safety aside to properly restrain that dangerous criminal, not taking the time to drag him to the side of the road and beat him where they would be safe from oncoming traffic. These two officers deserve a commendation for going above and beyond, without regard to their personal safety, to deliver a beating to a mundane.
