I understand why he's missing the most recent ones, but this is over a 10 year span. What's the deal?

I saw somewhere that McCain missed over 60%.
Obama and Hillary are both over 50% missed as well.

9 percent is an excellent record. Most of those bums miss about half the votes. Typically anything under 15 percent is amazing these days.

Obama makes less than 1/4 of the votes.

So in 10 years he has a 92% attendance for work. I think that's pretty good all things considered! There are guys at one of my jobs that have less than that! And they're still employed!

As others above stated, a lot of the other candidates have very POOR attendance. This should be an issue we push!

McCain missed 15% according to the same website that puts Ron Paul at 9%. However, 9% is definitely worse than average. Its probably because he does not take government hand-outs and so cannot afford to be flying to DC as much.

The answer is simple.

He was too busy READING the content of the bills that he DID vote on.

The others have a poor attendance record on the Voting No side.

Probably not the reason because Paul has such a great attitude, but can you imagine every time you show up, they shoot you down anyway.

Plus the other members probably make deals and receive payoffs in the parking lot, so their incentives to show up are fueled by greed. lol

Hmm, I can see how thats a great record in comparison to everyone else, but... still, thats kinda bad. I mean, they hardly have to work any days out of the year as it is.

Can we edit the title of this thread to accurately reflect the truth, which is that Ron Paul's voting attendance record in Congress is BETTER than the other candidate's?

Thanks. :)

While we are on the topic of voting, I found this Video interesting.
