A Pennsylvania judge on Friday struck down a controversial law requiring voters to show photo identification before they cast their ballots, the latest ruling in what has become a nationwide battle over voter ID laws.

Commonwealth Court Judge Bernard L. McGinley ruled that Pennsylvania’s voter identification law is unconstitutional and places an unreasonable burden on people trying to exercise their right to vote.

This is the stuff that really upsets me, because fair and open elections are fundamental, yet I know this is being pushed as a way to advance the national ID initiative.

Think of all the everyday requirements to showing your ID-driver's licence.

Going to travel by planes, trains, and/or automobiles...

Go use a credit card at a local merchant and see how many times they ask you for ID now...

Open a bank account lately? You need multiple IDs...

Insurance for; home, auto, boat, business...

Going into Nightclub or buying a drink at the Bar...

Liquor store purchases...

Paying a fine or traffic ticket or contesting them...

Picking up tickets for an event at 'Will Call'...

Going to work for a new employer...

Medical visits...

Dental visits...

Sporting events...

enroll in school at any level...

Cash a Check... Deposit Money... Get a Loan... on & on.

Life NOW in America requires ID all the time... but for some reason not required for voting? BTW, if you commit voter fraud it's a Felony not misdemeanor. Anyone with half a brain knows this is a partisan Marxist clown legislating in costumed, sitting behind the mighty .gov bench. It's just a pure pile of bullshit lies by the liberals rigging the game.
