"Look, we're sorry you found out about this ok? We know you like to think you're safe in your right to privacy, so we'll try harder next time keeping the lid on these things, so you can go about your day and play on your phones all you want."

Didn't watch. He's used plausible deniablity so many times it's like the boy who cried wolf. Does anyone believe this guy anyway? His approval rating is in the 30's. 60 some percent of the country apparently doesn't.

Only die hard liberals will care what he says now. He has lied so many times that they are the only ones that will still believe him. The puppet in chief has lost all credibility.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The nature of man has not changed between 1791 and 9-12-01.

Those 210 years have not seen men (government) become any less evil or petty but have seen evil and pettiness rise as the lessons from 210 years ago (and today) are forgotten and purposely ignored.

Take a hike fear-monger-in chief.

So what I took away from that is that Obama wants to stuck the ISP's and telco's with holding onto this data (to the tune of about 60 Million a year) and NSA, FBI, everybody else still gets complete access to it.

So what are they going to store in Utah now?
