The Republican Primary is a contest between grassroots conservatives and the Washington, D.C. establishment, and you have a ringside seat. In one corner sits my establishment-backed opponent and his gaggle of high-powered lobbyists and D.C. insiders who wish grassroots conservatives like you would just be quiet and go away.

In the other corner? You, me, and every other freedom-loving North Carolinian who is SICK AND TIRED of business as usual in Washington. Tea Party conservatives can -- and must -- WIN this fight! That's why I'm launching a "Grassroots vs. Establishment" Money Bomb from January 16 through January 23 as part of our aggressive grassroots voter contact and mobilization program.

My campaign set a fundraising goal of $50,000 by the January 23 midnight deadline -- and it's critical I reach this goal. That's why I'm counting on you to go visit www.GregBrannon.com/Knockout (http://www.GregBrannon.com/Knockout) and make a generous contribution to the "Grassroots vs. Establishment Money Bomb.

I'm prepared to win this campaign the old-fashioned way. Not by spending millions on high-priced establishment consultants like Karl Rove. This campaign will be won with pure grassroots power.

MB is at $14,200. Only a few more hours to go before it's over.

X --

Karl Rove and the big money D.C. insiders have painted a giant bull's eye on my back.

And they're raising money hand over fist for my opponent.

But there's one thing my opponent doesn't have, and that's the support of grassroots conservatives like you.

You have been very generous with my campaign -- and I really appreciate your support.

But my campaign staff tells me that we're still short of our fundraising goal for our "Grassroots vs. Establishment" Money Bomb.

Your support right now at this critical time would be greatly appreciated and mean a lot to me.

Before midnight, will you donate $10 or more to help reach our fundraising goal?

Thanks in advance for your support.

Sincerely,

Greg

Doubtful they'll hit the $50,000 marker by tonight if they're not even their halfway there. It's possible people gave what they could during the December 31st victory fund or people are strapped or hopefully all his media appearances are helping him elsewhere. Shouldn't be downtrodden because of this, though. We should just keep poking holes in Tillis' balloon. Well, I can't. I've been blocked from his Facebook page. Who knew pointing out flaws got you banned?

Yeah, it was really sudden.

Really?? What did you say that could have gotten you banned?

Tillis will ban pretty much anyone who posts something negative or questioning to his page. He's blocked me as well. He's determined to only allow positive, supporting posts to be seen.

They need to show supporters what they're doing with the money they do have. Post more event pictures, event videos, etc. I know they've already been doing some of that, but they should redouble their efforts. Rand had something like 200+ videos on Youtube when he was campaigning during the primary. This will help get people excited. Then hold a fund raiser for something simple like a radio ad, then building off that success to eventual tv ads.

This weekend the Raleigh office is working to get a 7,000 piece mailer out by tomorrow night. As the various offices open, come online, and get staffed, there'll be a lot more opportunities to document the grassroots backing Brannon has with photos and videos of cheerful ground troops hard at work.

It is pretty clear to me what they've been doing. If you follow their Facebook, they've opened like 4-5 offices in the past week.
