Time and again I read about justice being perverted, powers abused and the constitution usurped...

Those in power and their henchmen use medias propaganda to justify what a common man can see is plainly wrong.

Pretty much everyone agrees that courts are the best venue for resolving disputes and meting out punishment for infractions against society. Problem is the courts we have today aren't functioning.

There are a lot of reasons why they're not functioning and if a person gets caught up nit-picking over each one they'll go nuts.

The only logical solution I can see is to completely trash the existing system, its records and legislation and implement a new one that doesn't consist of any of the old, none of the people, none of the buildings, none of the history at all.

I think the idea is sound, one of a court comprised "of the people"............

Question is how to go about it?

I think you know, there is only one way it will happen.

Audit and then End the Fed. Ron Paul told us a long time ago, in "Gold, Peace & Prosperity (http://mises.org/books/goldpeace.pdf)" that we have to work diligently for sound money to win our freedom. I agree with him. When we finally get a critical mass of people working diligently for sound money we will win our freedom.

I agree.

Problem is those in power don't even need presses any more to create their currency, which in turn gives them more power and the veil of legitimacy.

They will not give up the reigns of such power peacefully.

You may be right. I think if we put enough pressure on our congress critters we could get an audit of the fed.

Harry Reid use to be in favor of auditing the Fed before he was bought off (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oXOsZ7Ad7dM).

I'm to the point that I think audits, bills and more regulations won't change anything other than to saddle taxpayers with more debt and additional regulations.

First and foremost centralized banking and fiat currency must be thrown down and burnt, never to be accepted again. Ever other notion of a free country hinges on that fact. We could have a nationwide uprising, tearing down all local/state/federal government mechanisms, but if we keep the FED or any other central bank by any other name and in a few short years we would be right back where we started.
