FORSYTH COUNTY, GA - Surveillance footage revealed a police officer pulling a gun on a teenager who was innocently waiting for his food at a McDonald’s drive-thru window. Ryan Mash thought he was going to be killed when a police officer approached him with his gun pointed at his face.

Police Sergeant Scott Biumi of the DeKalb County Police Department was arrested when the video emerged and the officer was charged with felony aggravated assault.

Biumi was reportedly upset with the customer ahead of him because he had to wait for his food. ”This flies in the face of decency and police professionalism and you can quote me on that!” said Ken Vance (http://www.11alive.com/news/article/288918/40/Cop-in-slow-McDonalds-line-accused-of-aiming-gun-will-have-certification-suspended), the Executive Director of Georgia’s Peace Officer Standards and Training Council. ”His certification will be suspended immediately.”

Mash recalled the incident, saying: “And we were waiting on them to cook the food. And the cop — I didn’t know at first that he was a cop — pulled up behind us and waited about two minutes, two to three minutes…. And he got out and started yelling, yelling at us, ‘Stop holding up the drive-thru line,’ this that and the other. He walked back over to his car, got back in, and I said, ‘Sorry for the inconvenience, Sir.’ And he goes, ‘Who has the loud mouth?’ And I was, like, ‘I said that,’ not being smart or anything. He’s like, ‘Well, you never know who you’re messing with.’ And I was just like, ‘No, Sir, I don’t.’ He goes, ‘Keep your mouth shut.’ I was like, ‘I’m sorry.’ He’s like, ‘Well, you don’t know who you’re messing with. And there’s some crazy people out there.’ And that’s when he pulled the gun on me, and kept on yelling at me for about thirty more seconds. And then walked off.”

I shudder to think about what would have happened if they had been in the Dunkin' Doughnuts drive-thru line.

And did you see the brave officer's dog attack the reporter?

I'm surprised that pig didn't shoot his own dog when he opened the door. You know, reflex reaction and all.

Off Duty Cop Executes Man for Saying he Sucks at Dart

Hull said he witnessed a man walking up while Hull and a group of friends were playing darts. The man reportedly identified himself as an off-duty cop and started a discussion with the group about darts.

"We were playing darts, and he says 'I'm better at darts than you are,"' Hull said.

"My buddy says, 'Aw, you suck at darts.' (The man) says, 'That's why I'm a cop, I can do whatever I want to do.'"

Hull said his friend, identified only as Danny, asked the man, "Really, you can do anything?" The man then pulled out his gun, Hull said, and after the group repeatedly asked him to put it away he "pops three rounds into my friend Sam."

Chris Hull, who said he was a friend of Vanettes and witnessed the crime, told Patch on Wednesday night the deputy approached Hull's group of friends during a dart game. The exchange quickly grew heated, Hull said, and the deputy eventually pulled out his gun and shot Vanettes.

Kielar said the suspected shooter told the bar's manager to call the police before firing three or four rounds at Vanettes.

This is why I disagree with laws saying I can't carry in a bar.
The thugs don't obey the law.

He sure learned his lesson with 10yrs of probation. Mundane would get 10yrs in jail.

This. A police officer drawing a pistol on a teenager over a damned hamburger is jail-worthy.
